General Director Zorin Oleg Igorevich told about the past of his company «Filtramax.ru», about the present achievements and future plans.

Tell us about the stages of formation of the «Filtramax.ru» company.

The «Filtramax.ru» company was founded in 2013. Initially, it was planned to create an enterprise with the aim of manufacturing filter elements only from non-woven needle-punched fabrics. The stake was made specifically on non-woven fabrics made of synthetic fabrics, since the main manufacturers of these materials were well known to us. The thing is that back in 2011 we created «ITOS-PET» enterprise. Its purpose was to recycle PET bottles into flakes, which were then supplied as raw materials to non-woven factories.

However, the demands of our customers were not limited to filter products made only of non-woven fabrics. It prompted us to expand the scope of «Filtramax.ru» activities. Today, our product range includes all kinds of filter elements from various synthetic and natural fabrics and needle-punched fabrics of any composition.

Why have you decided to create your own production and what were you guided by when creating «Filtramax.ru»?

Nowadays, the disposal of polymeric materials and air and water purification from industrial pollution are pressing ecological problems that require modern solutions and proactive people. Due to the fact that practically no one was dealing with this issue, our company have decided to contribute to the solution of this problem. You can say that the main idea behind creating «Filtramax.ru» to take care of the environment. Indeed, by utilizing waste by recycling plastic bottles and using the materials obtained from them in manufacturing products for cleaning the air from harmful emissions, we solve two important problems at once, causing a doubly beneficial effect on the environment.

What production facilities are currently in use at the enterprise?

At the moment, «Filtramax.ru» occupies a production area of more than 1000 square meters, but our company is constantly growing and expanding its boundaries. We have 7 workshops: laboratory, experimental, preparatory, cutting, 2 sewing and product quality control workshops. The workshops are provided with modern expensive equipment: both native and imported industrial sewing machines, a laser cutting complex, ultrasonic welding machines. There is a total of 36 people working at the enterprise, among them are employees of commercial and creative department, foreign economic activity department, foreman, sewing industry master, seamstresses, cutters and storekeepers.

How many types of products are do you manufacture at the moment?

We have a very large assortment of goods. We produce about 500 different product types. Every month we create more than 20 thousand products and the number is constantly growing. Our company is also engaged in supply, installation and maintenance of filter equipment.

«Filtramax.ru» provides a large spectrum of services, and yet, which one is prioritized?

It is very important for us to develop our own production. That’s why manufacturing and supplying replacement filter elements in even larger volumes than now is our main goal.

Every day «Filtramax.ru» improves its production and gains useful experience. We’re constantly learning something new. The company has achieved and excellent quality of its products. In 2017 our trade turnover grew more than 3 times compared to the previous year. Competently automating its production, «Filtramax.ru» produces the maximum possible number of products at minimal costs. We managed to create a close-knit team of specialists, we found people with whom we can solve any technological problem. «Filtramax.ru” is not going to stop there. There are new peaks awaiting us.

What are the prospects for your business and what are the challenges you face?

Our tasks for the near future are: to enter the international market, to be certified for compliance with the international «ISO» standard, to increase our capacity, volume and range of products. Our motto is «To achieve European product quality at Russian prices».

What is the main thing for you in your business?

Business is tough, but we are honest with our partners and competitors. Our every word is a guarantee, therefore «Filtramax.ru» clients are always satisfied with the result.
